Does it replace the inspector before signing? +

No. SCANHOUSE is for the pre-viewing phase: when you haven't made an offer yet and have 20 minutes to decide whether this place deserves the next step. For the final signing, hire a trusted technician. Our report saves you from hiring an inspector for places you would have ruled out anyway.

What if the AI is wrong? +

Every finding carries a confidence score (0–1). If it's below 0.7, the report explicitly flags it as "requires technician validation". Our engine doesn't make up what it can't see — it's trained by real technicians with over 25 years in the industry, our own database, and only asserts what it can sustain with professional criteria.

What happens to my photos? +

You're in control. If you don't authorize, your photos are automatically deleted after processing. If you do authorize (it's an optional checkbox at upload), we never share them with third parties, never use them for advertising, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. What does persist is anonymous analysis metadata (ZIP, year, property type, findings) — never your personal data.
